Who we are, and what this is
VixeeAI (vixee.ai) is operated by WEBBEL, a company
registered in France. The service lets you talk with
AI-generated characters, create your own, and generate images and videos of them.
Everything on the site is generated by software. No real people are depicted, and
no one performs in any content here.
You must be an adult
This site is for adults only. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years
old, or older where the age of majority where you live is higher. By using the
site you confirm this is true. We close accounts we believe belong to minors, and
we may ask you to verify your age before granting access.
Your account
You may browse and chat before creating an account; we attach that activity to an
anonymous session so it is still there when you sign up. Once you create an
account, you are responsible for what happens under it and for keeping your
password to yourself. One person, one account.
What the characters are
Characters are software. They do not have feelings, memories outside the
conversation, or any existence beyond what the model generates. Nothing they say
is advice — not medical, legal, financial or psychological. If you are in
difficulty, please talk to a real person or a professional service.
What you may do with what you generate
Images and videos you generate are yours to keep and use for your own private
purposes. You may not present them as photographs of real people, use them to
impersonate anyone, or publish them in a way that suggests a real person took
part.
Availability and change
We may change, suspend or withdraw features. Generation depends on third-party
models that can fail, refuse a request, or change behaviour without notice.
Where a paid generation fails, the Tokens it cost are returned to your balance
automatically.
Ending it
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your
account settings. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and we will
say why. Tokens that were bought and remain unspent are refundable on closure unless
the closure follows a serious breach.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. Nothing here removes rights you hold as
a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
Privacy
WEBBEL is the data controller. You can reach us at

What we hold
Your email address and password, so you can sign in. The name and language you
choose. Your conversations, the characters you create, and the images and videos
you generate. Your Tokens balance and the record of how it moved. If you subscribe,
our payment provider holds your card details — we never see or store them.
If you browse without an account we create an anonymous record so your activity
survives until you sign up. Anonymous records that are never claimed are deleted.
Why we hold it
To run the service you asked for, to bill you if you buy something, to keep the
site safe from abuse, and to meet our own legal obligations. Measurement of how
the site is used happens only where you have agreed to it, or where the law of
your country allows it without prior consent.
Who else sees it
The AI providers that generate replies, images and videos receive the prompt and,
for image generation, the character's reference picture. Our payment provider
receives what it needs to take payment. Our email provider receives the address a
message is sent to. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own
purposes. We never sell personal data.
Where it goes
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, including in the
United States. Where that is so, transfers rely on the European Commission's
standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Your account and its content stay until you delete them. Anonymous browsing
records are pruned automatically. Billing records are kept for as long as
accounting law requires.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to
how we use it, and withdraw consent you have given. Write to
[email protected]
and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to
your national data protection authority — in France, the CNIL.
Cookies
Necessary
A session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms against cross-site
request forgery. A cookie records your language, and another records your answer
to the cookie question so we stop asking. These cannot be switched off without
breaking the site, and they do not track you anywhere else.
Measurement
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. Where the
law requires prior consent — the European Economic Area, the United
Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil and Canada — nothing is loaded until you
accept, refusing is one click, and refusing is honoured for a year. Elsewhere,
measurement runs by default and you may object by writing to us.
Changing your mind
Clearing your browser's cookies for this site brings the question back. We ask
again after a year in any case.
Payments & Refunds
What you can buy
A monthly subscription, which unlocks unlimited messages and private galleries
and is charged again each month until you cancel. And packs of Tokens, the credit
used to pay for photos, videos and character creation. Prices are shown before
you pay and include any tax due.
Tokens
Tokens included with a subscription last for that billing period. Tokens you buy in a
pack do not expire. When a generation you paid for fails to arrive, its Tokens
return to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like, from your account settings. Your subscription then runs
to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew. Nothing is
deleted when it ends: your characters, conversations and collection stay, and
bought Tokens remain yours to spend.
Right of withdrawal, and why it ends when you start
Consumers in the European Union normally have fourteen days to withdraw from a
distance contract. Because this is digital content supplied immediately, the law
lets you ask for it straight away and lets that request end the withdrawal right.
When you buy, you are asked to confirm two things: that you want access to begin
at once, and that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once it has.
If you do not agree, do not confirm — access will start after the fourteen
days instead, and your right stays intact until then.
Refunds
We refund a payment taken in error, a duplicate charge, or a subscription renewed
after you cancelled. We do not refund Tokens already spent, or a subscription period
already used, once access has begun under the confirmation above.

with the date and amount. We answer within 5 working days, and a refund we agree
to is returned by the way you paid.
If a charge looks unfamiliar on your statement, please write to us before asking
your bank to reverse it — it is almost always faster, and we can tell you
what the charge was.
Acceptable Use
Never, under any circumstances
Do not attempt to generate anything depicting a minor, or a character presented
as a minor. Do not attempt to generate a real, identifiable person. These are the
two lines that end an account immediately and without refund, and we report what
the law requires us to report.
Also not allowed
Depictions of non-consensual acts, of real violence, or of anything unlawful
where you live. Reselling access or generated content as though it were
photography of real people. Automated access, scraping, or attempts to extract
our prompts or models. Sharing your account.
How we enforce it
Prompts are filtered before generation, and refused requests are logged. A serious
or repeated breach closes the account. You can tell us about content or behaviour
