Why the record-keeping rules do not apply

18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 require producers of visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct to create and keep records establishing the age and identity of every performer.

Those obligations attach to depictions of actual human beings. Because the content published here contains no actual human beings, there is no performer whose age or identity could be recorded, and the requirements do not apply. This statement is published in place of a custodian of records notice rather than alongside one.

What we do instead

No photograph or video supplied by a user enters our generation pipeline or is published on this site — a profile picture stays on the account it belongs to. The site offers no contact between users. Every visual published here originates from our own generation pipeline. Prompts that seek to depict minors, real identifiable people, or non-consensual acts are refused before they reach a model, each refusal is logged, and accounts that attempt them are closed.

Access is restricted to adults. Anyone under 18 — or under the age of majority where they live, if it is higher — must not use this site.
